		<description>Frankly I don&#039;t think Science Commons as it were, would really work for the science community.

Creative Commons is basically a way to make it easy for non-lawyer guys to tell non-techies that it&#039;s ok to take their content. 

Since science tends to be an institutional effort, I think a much better option would be to create a single repository, and make that freely accessible</description>
